I'm not sure whether this is a bug or intended behavior so let me begin by what i want the tray icon to do when i click on it.
When i single-click the tray icon i want RDP to come to front at all times and show me RDP window in a maximized state.
The way it works right now: RDP is maximized, i click on the X (close) and RDP then minimizes to the tray.
When i then single-click on the icon in the tray, the RDM window is brought to front in maximized state.
When i then switch to another application so that the window of that other application is brought to front (maximized) and i THEN single-click on the RDM icon in the tray, nothing happens.
Apparently that last single click made the RDM windows minimize, so i have to click the RDM tray icon AGAIN to bring the RDM window to front.
I don't want that, the way it works right now is just plain annoying, i want a single-click to ALWAYS bring the RDM window to front.
Basically i would like consisent behaviour of the RDM window when clicking on the RDM tray icon.
Could you make the tray icon behave that way, or at least implement an option that would make it possible to make it behave that way?
B.t.w. i have tried enabling the option "Always restore Remote Desktop Manager on open session", i'm not sure what that option should do exactly, but it made no difference for this problem.

Hi,
I added a request for that. I will try to add an option.
Thank you for your comment.
