These Improvements have been suggested by a customer:
Issues with the "Submit a support ticket" dialog window:
First issue: it should not be a dialog but and independent window, so that it doesn't block working with RDM during writing the bug report - I need to use menus, options etc. to check things I need to report.
Second issue: it should allow submitting screenshots (annotated), e.g. pasting them using CTRL+V or select files from disk. Pasting them like I do here by uploading to cloud drive is very secure for me, but consumes a lot of time.

I agree with this request and would like to expand on it. Anything I click on should not launch a dialog, but a separate independent window. I can't tell you how many times I am remoted into a host and have a RDM dialog open and the host needs me to type or click something to continue what I was doing there, but I can't because I have the dialog open and the main RDM window is locked out due to that dialog. This is very frustrating because then I have to stop what I'm doing in the dialog, close it, continue what I need to do on the remote host, and then restart whatever I was doing in the dialog OR I have to lose whatever progress I was working on in the remote host. Neither of these situations are ideal. Having to restart processes because a dialog box for the properties of a host entry blocks you from performing a task should not exist in 2026.

We've changed the "Submit a support ticket" window to no longer "lock" the application while it's opened. You can also now upload files (Ctrl+V will directly paste the files as well). You can expect these changes with the upcoming 2026.3.10
