Make the CSV import/export delimiter configurable

Would it be possible to make the CSV import/export delimiter configurable?

If I want to open the exported CSV file directly in Microsoft Excel, it needs to use a semicolon (;) as the delimiter instead of a comma (,).

Having the option to select the delimiter during export and import would make the feature much easier to use in environments where Excel expects semicolon-separated CSV files.
