Rapid Switching of Tabs on Own

Note that for the first 9s the right tab is the only one selected. Simply hovering the mouse over the left one causes the screen flicker. Obviously not desired!

This is not consistent. It does seem most likely to happen when more than 1 tab in a separate window and then computer locked for a while.
