Updating the Vault Content with the most updated Entries from Active Directory ?

How can I update the Vault entries that contain Active Directory computer objects with the OS = *Server* ?
This was created a long time ago, but it is not automatically updated with the most recent AD computer objects from my AD Domain, despite the AD synchronizer is already setup.

Could you please specify the version of RDM you are currently using?
What type of data source are you using?
Additionally, if possible, could you also run the synchronizer manually and validate that the entries are synchronized as expected?

Does the synchronizer run regularly or manually?
I am using the latest edition 2026.2.13.0 64-bit (PreJIT).
The Data Source is Active Directory.

The synchronizer doesn't run automatically by default, that's controlled by two separate settings on the entry.
First, there's a "Synchronize automatically" checkbox on the entry itself, and second, the Background Services tab under "File" has its own Enabled toggle along with an Every "X" minutes toggle.
Could you check both of those, since if either one is off or the interval hasn't been reached yet, the entry will only refresh when you trigger it manually?
In the meantime, running the synchronizer manually will at least confirm the new AD computer objects come through correctly while we sort out the scheduling.
