Copy Password times out
When you copy the password, why does the copy seem to time out? If I use my password manager and click copy the password it last until i copy something else. Why does this product seem to time and loose the copy of the username or password for that matter.

What you are seeing is expected behavior rather than a fault. Remote Desktop Manager automatically clears the clipboard a short time after you copy a username or password, as a security measure so credentials do not linger in the Windows clipboard, and its history, where another application could read them later. A consumer password manager usually keeps the copied value until you copy something else, so the difference you noticed is by design on our side.
You can adjust this to suit you. Go to File, then Settings, then Application, then Clipboard, then Advanced. The Clear Clipboard Delay value controls how many seconds RDM waits before wiping the clipboard. A value in the 10 to 30 second range is a good balance, or you can set it to Disabled if you would prefer RDM to keep the copied value until you copy something else, the way your other password manager behaves. While you are on that screen, also check the Paste Once option, which is a separate mechanism that clears the clipboard after a set number of pastes and can cause the same lost-copy effect.
The tradeoff to keep in mind is that a longer delay, or a disabled timer, means the password stays available in the clipboard longer, so pick the setting that fits your security requirements.
