Enable connections to native iLO entries via the Devolutions Gateway

Currently, it is not possible to route a native iLO connection (entry type “iLO”) through RDM via the Devolutions Gateway.

For environments where out-of-band management access (iLO, iDRAC, etc.) is to be centrally secured via the gateway, it would be very helpful if native iLO entries could be routed through the gateway, just as with other session types.
