Configure report notifications in Devolutions Cloud

Hello,
I'm trying to configure report notifications in Devolutions Hub.
If I select an individual user (for example, ME) as the recipient, the reports are delivered successfully. However, if I select a group as the recipient, no reports are received.
I have already validated that email delivery to the group works correctly from other sources, so the issue appears to be specific to report notifications.
Is there any limitation regarding the use of groups as report recipients? Do reports only support individual users, or is there additional configuration required for groups?
As a workaround, I could create an Exchange rule to redirect emails coming from hub@operations.devolutions.net to the appropriate groups, but this would be difficult to maintain since multiple vaults belong to different teams and I plan to monitor expirations across several teams.
Has anyone successfully configured report notifications to be sent directly to groups?
