Devolutions Cloud Invitation Stuck at the "Setup Encryption" Step

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue while trying to activate a Devolutions Cloud invitation.
After following the invitation link and successfully authenticating, I am redirected to the "Setup Encryption" step. At this point, the page remains stuck in an infinite loading state and never progresses further.
We have performed several tests:

• Using different browsers (Edge, Chrome, etc.);
• Using private/incognito browsing mode;
• Using different network connections.

The issue occurs consistently in all cases.
When checking the browser console, we also noticed an HTTP 404 error on a resource related to "encryption-ctx" during the encryption setup process.
Could you please verify whether there is a server-side issue or a problem with the invitation associated with my account?
