Reset Password of Remote Desktop Manager

Hi,
There is no easy way to reset the password, it's the goal, send me an email to support@devolutions.net with your machine name.

I can see it stored in Windows Credential Manager.





I just reset my password in Windows Credential 

Now I figured it out how to reset it.



Open Control Panel.[/li]Open User Accounts.[/li]Click Manage My Network Passwords on the Related Tasks panel (on the left side of the window). You'll get a dialog box listing all of your stored usernames and passwords.[/li]Reset the password[/li]

Je sollicite votre aide car j'ai oublié le login/mot de passe que j'ai activé à l'ouverture de RemoteDesktopManager. Pour information, je dispose de la version 5.9.0.0 Standard.

Y a t'il un moyen de remettre à zéro ou de désactiver la demande du mot de passe ?

J'ai essayé de désinstaller/réinstaller l'application, sans succès.

j'ai bloqué mon remote desktop manager avec un mot de passe dont je ne me souviens pas.

comment pourrais réinitialiser ce mot de passe?

j'utilise la version 6.0.1

Delete the file remotedesktopmanager.cfg in %LocalAppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager"

1. Delete Remote Desktop Manager
2. Delete all registry for "devolutions"
3. Install Remote Desktop Manager again.

UPDATE....
My mistake, I saw that I activated a dubble activation and the password was automaticly the same as the one of my session and i forgot that I changed it...
So problem solved...

I see that i m not the only one to have the problem...
I also lost my password but i m working on Macos BigSur.
Could you please tell me how to reset it ?
