Hi,

I'm using "RealVNC" Plus together with "Intel AMT (KVM)" to do the helpdesk work in our network. I'm trying this "Remote Desktop Manager" to see if it would help me on the work. I setup the program, created a session "Intel AMT" (pic 1) it is keep saying error (pic2). I created another session using VNC and it works. Any thing I set wrong???

The Intel AM (KVM) session type, for the time being, only supports Embedded (or undocked) mode using UltraVNC. This works a in very small number of configuration (works our test machine Dell Latitude E6520 laptop for example). This is not practical for others where a the RealVNC Viewer Plus is required to connect. We've added to our to-do list the feature to allow external connections using RealVNC, but until that is implemented your only choice is to configure a VNC session as you've done.
