I was not able to reproduce the crash on my end with RDM 2026.1.19.0. Could you try resetting RDM to its default settings using the steps in the article below, then check if the issue still occurs?

Thank you for your response.
To clarify, I am using the Community Edition. As described in the article, I renamed folder, but the situation is still the same, the application hangs and then crashed. Please see the attached video.

Could you please confirm the versions currently installed on the affected machine for the following components?

• .NET 10
• Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime

If possible, please also try installing the latest available version of both components and then test again to see if the crash still occurs.

thanks to the videos, we are able to reproduce an issue that looks just like your issue.

To be certain this is the same issue, in the properties of your entry > The 'User Interface' tab > is 'Disconnect action' set to 'Reconnect'?
Can you also provide the error that should appear in your Event Viewer of Windows after the crash?
