Open new windows/pop-ups on monitor with main window

I would like to ask whether it would be possible to implement a feature that ensures all newly opened RDM windows or pop-ups open on the same screen as the main window.
Would be great to have a option which enables this behaviour.

At the moment, new windows open on whichever monitor the mouse cursor is on.

Hello,

Could you try out the option "Center window on parent" located in File > Settings > User interface:

This should ensure windows open where their parent window is located. Can you confirm if this works well for you? You might have to restart the application to ensure that this is properly taken into account.

thank your for your quick response.

This is the first thing I tried, but at least for me it does not seem to work.
The application restart does not help.

I am on version 2026.1.19.0.

Hello,
I'm working on a new way to set the position for each dialog and change the default. I will try to fit your request in before the next major release. I could add a way to always move to the main form.
