When installing/upgrading - if the prereqs are met by a later version - don't install older

This has happened more than once - eg today 2026.1.19.0 installed as upgrade from 2026.1.18.0 - and promptly installed ASP.NET 10.0.6 even though ASP.NET 10.0.7 is already there.

It would be good if that stopped so the machine doesn't end up full of old versions.

This is strange. The RDM installer doesn't manage any dependency at all, let alone ASP.NET which isn't a dependency full stop. I've also checked our chocolatey and winget manifests.

The circumstances are strange, though. How are you updating RDM? Downloading the .msi, using the updater, using a package manager, etc...
