Entry sorting does not take international letters into account
For example, Ö is treated as O for sorting purposes.

Hi etfz,
Thanks for the details, that helped a lot.
Good news: there's already a setting for exactly this. Go to File > Settings > User Interface > Tree view, and look for Tree view culture. Set it to Swedish, and the tree should sort Å, Ä, and Ö at the end of the alphabet, the way you'd expect.

Could you give it a try and let me know if it lines things up correctly? If anything still looks off after that, send another screenshot, and we'll take a closer look.
Thanks again!

Hello etfz,
Thanks for flagging this!
You're right that entry sorting currently treats Ö the same as O. It uses a locale-neutral comparison, which works for German but breaks for Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, and others where Ö, Å, and Ø belong at the end of the alphabet.
Before I bring this to the team, could you share a few details so we can scope it properly?
Thanks again for taking the time to report it!
Best regards,
Eduard Sepulveda Lopez

That works. Thank you.
There were no options to pick from. I had to enter sv-SE.
