BeyondTrust/Bomgar plugin not working anymore ?

Hi there,

since the group updated the Bomgar version, BeyondTrust plugin isn't working anymore in Remote Desktop Manager :(

A quick look in the Paths configuration section shhows that the plugin is still looking for old executable file named 'bomgar-rep.exe' .
This executable file seems to have been renamed now to 'sra-con.exe'

Is an update of the plugin is scheduled ?

As a test, could you see if renaming sra-con.exe to bomgar-rep.exe makes everything work as expected? If it's a simple rename of the application executable, it will be simple for us to fix. If the command line completely changed, then it will be much more work.

Hi Hubert,

i renamed it in the current install folder of Bomgar.
So install path is ok in RDM.

If i try to launch the Bomgar connection, i still have the error message : "Unable to find BeyondTrust Representative Console executable"
