Using RDM not able to remote login to Apple Mac Mini using ARP

I am facing an issue while trying to connect using Apple Remote Desktop through Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager. I receive an error stating that it is unable to connect to the host using the specified credentials.

However, when I connect to the same machine using TigerVNC, the connection works without any issues. Interestingly, after establishing a connection via TigerVNC, I am then able to connect successfully using Apple Remote Desktop.

This behavior is consistent across multiple machines:

Initial ARD connection via Devolutions fails
TigerVNC connection succeeds
After TigerVNC session, ARD starts working normally

Hello

Can you tell me how sharing is configured on your Mac? In the "Sharing" section of System Settings (the location varies depending on your macOS version, but you should be able to search for it) do you have "Screen Sharing" enabled or "Remote Management"? Apple conflates these two options but they both provide screen sharing in a slightly different way. If you could send me a screenshot of the specific configuration for either "Screen Sharing" or "Remote Management" that would be helpful. You can send to me by private message here on the forum.
