RIght shift not working with VMware VMRC

After the RDM update to 2026.1.18.0 with .NET 10.0.6 and using any VMRC remote connection entry in RDM, holding right shift does not uppercase any letters or numbers. Left shift works fine. Right shift works fine on any local apps or in any of my SSH terminals in RDM. It's only with VMRC. I'm using version 12.0.5-22744838 of VMRC.

We made some fixed in keyboard handling and it sounds like this regressed. I will take a look at that today and fix it ASAP.
