Hi there!
I have 3 RDP objects.
For each object, I want to assign the same contact as a sub-entry without having to create it multiple times.
My idea:
I create the contact once, as shown for object 01, and then I would like to link it to other objects.
Whenever I update the contact (e.g., a different name or phone number), I only need to change one contact entry.

Hello,
We have a feature that might be close to what you need.
In the "asset" section of the entry, you can configure an owner as well as an additional list of contacts for the entry:
Once configured, you can see who the owner is in the overview, and find this same information in the "asset" tab:
We could improve this to more easily select that contact through the dashboard.
What do you think?

the idea is not bad but for me (I disabled the dashboard) not good enough.
I like the option as I described in my first post.
Structure:
RDP Session
> Sub entry = Contact
Maybe you can realize this way? :)
Thank you for the clarification. We have the concept of shortcuts, but they aren't supported as sub-entries. We will have to see how we could properly support shortcuts in sub-entries, but maybe they can still help you in the mean time.
