SQLite database corrupted to 0 KB

Hello,
My SQLite Connections.db file became completely corrupted and reduced to 0 KB, resulting in the loss of all my connections.
This happened after using the database stored on a network share with a newer version of Remote Desktop Manager.
What I have already tried:

  • Checked Previous Versions and Snapshots on Synology NAS (no snapshots found)
  • Checked local AppData cache
  • Searched for offline.db files in cache folders
  • Attempted recovery with Disk Drill via SSH

Is there any possible way to recover the entries from the local cache, or do you have any other recommended recovery steps?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Gal Bodiroza

Hello,

We usually seen this scenario when several people access the SQLite file on the network drive.
It's not something that we recommend as per our documentation
https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/data-sources/data-sources-types/sqlite/

The way to restore your data is to restore a previous version of the entire connections.db file.
