Bug report: 'Close All' button missing for folders unless the opened server is the first item in the list

Hello,
I would like to report what appears to be a bug in Remote Desktop Manager.
Previously, when I selected a folder containing multiple servers and had one or more active connections opened from that folder, the Close All button would appear when clicking the folder, allowing me to close all active sessions under that folder at once.
Now this no longer works correctly.
Current behavior:

  • If I open one or more servers from a folder, then click the parent folder, the Close All button does not appear.
  • The button appears only if the opened server is the first item in the folder list.

Expected behavior:

  • The Close All button should appear whenever there is at least one active connection under the selected folder, regardless of the position of the opened server in the list.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create or use a folder containing multiple servers.
  2. Open a connection to a server that is not the first item in the folder.
  3. Click the parent folder.
  4. Observe that the Close All button does not appear.
  5. Repeat the test by opening the first server in the same folder.
  6. In this case, the Close All button appears correctly.

This suggests that the folder-level detection of active sessions may only be working when the active entry is the first child in the list.
Please let me know if you need screenshots, logs, or version details to help reproduce the issue.
Best regards,
Giovanni Fiaschi

Hello Giovanni,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I can confirm that I get the same result when reproducing the steps.

Can you please provide us with what RDM version you are currently using, and we will escalate this internally.

Thank you!
