hi,
with a lot of vaults one must update each and every (new) entry to match personal preferences.
Is it possible to say "on my machine any RDP session shall be opened on my second screen" in the client once instead of every entry in every vault?

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,
Could you please specify the version of RDM you are currently using?
What type of data source are you using?
That being said, if the options inside the entry properties are left to use the Default values, this will refer to your configuration under "File" -> "Settings" -> "Entry Types" -> "Sessions" -> "Remote Desktop (RDP)".
If what you are looking for is not present, perhaps you could create an RDP Template and then when using the entry simply to a "Right-click" -> "Open with paremeter" -> "Open with template".
