Unusable window size when VNCing to Mac Mini

With smart sizing on or off the window is ridiculously small. Monitor connected to physical device is running at 1920x1080.
Version 2026.1.15.0 and 16.0 running on Windows 11 ARM on a 5120 x1440 display.
RDP connection to a Windows 11 VM displays ok.
TightVNC to the same Mac from the same Windows laptop displays ok.

Number of impacted users
Device information
OS version and build number
Whether you are using TS and/or Citrix
Data source and data source version
