Parent/Sub Connections Multi Window
Choosing to view the properties of a parent brings up a single window with options as normal. When you go to the sub connections tab and right-click on an entry there and choose properties a second parent window comes up and then on top of that the properties window of the sub connect you really wanted. Choosing the edit icon does not bring up the second parent window which is the correct action. Properties does not do that.
I did not realize what was going on and I was using the second parent window and choosing to duplicate a sub connection to create a new entry which disappeared once I closed the new entry window, and the second parent window which showed my new entry as a sub connection and then once I closed that the original parent window w/o the new sub connection entry was visible and when I closed that none of the new entries were listed.
I thought to look in deleted but they were not there to be restored. It was like I never created new sub connection entries.

I am still able to reproduce in 9.0 of RDM. Should I Un-Parent the entries and Parent them again and see?

Hi David,
Please see below:
Right-click on a sub-connection, Choose (Edit entry or Properties) brings up the Parent window and then the sub-connection window.
Now if you close the sub-connection window and do the following:
Click the (Edit entry) icon, one window will appear as it should for the sub-connection - no issues there...
Now close the sub-connection window again...
If you choose the (Edit entry or Properties) via a right-click on a sub-connection in the remaining parent window it will bring up two windows (another window for the parent and then the second window for the sub-connection)
In short the right-click (Edit entry or Properties) should run the same command that the (Edit entry icon) in the parent window runs.

Yes I've fixed it. It was using the wrong context menu.
