Devolutions Send tool Error after update

After Updating to Workspace 2026.1.0 build 101 I am having issues using the Devolutions Send tool

When I click on the Create Link Button on top, nothing happens

When I click on the Create Secure Link at the bottom I get the following error

Error
Error Creating Secured Link, please retry unknown error

This problem has been identified and should be resolved in the next version, which is scheduled to be released later this week.

Yes Just did the update this today, and also Upgraded my Devolutions Server to the latest version.

I can create a Secure link, but have a couple of questions

The Create Link Button still does not do anything when I click on it, not sure what that functionality should be, Create Secure Link button on the bottom works.

Also it used to prompt to enter an email address, now shows No account Selected, and nothing happens when I click where it says "Tap to select an Account"

Thank you for the update.
Regarding your questions:

  • The top “Create Link” button is currently not functional. We apologize for the confusion.
  • The reason why “Tap to select an Account” does not respond is that no Devolutions account is currently connected. This is expected behavior at the moment.


We will be improving this in a future update so that the application prompts you to connect an account when needed.
