Our company is moving towards using Okta for RDP and SSH authentication. Is there a plan to incorporate Okta into session connections? I'm asking because the company is pushing for remote desktop tools that provide Okta support.
Hello,
I'll check with my colleagues who know more about the RDP and SSH integrations to confirm whether this is already supported or not, and if not, what we could do to support this. We might have to ask you a few additional questions, I will try to get back to you as soon as I have an answer.

Hello,
From what I understand, you're aiming to use Okta as a credential provider.
For RDP, if it works with Microsoft's MSTSC application, it should also already work in RDM, provided you're using the default settings for the RDP version.
For SSH, it's not currently supported. From a small investigation, it looks like proxy commands have to be sent by the terminal, similarly to something like Kerberos authentication. We would have to push this investigation further to have a better idea of how to actually implement this.
To confirm, are you currently able to connect through an RDP or SSH enabled with Okta through other apps? It could give us a good idea of what you need, if you have any more details on your flow.
Otherwise, if I didn't correctly understand your needs, I'd appreciate if you could tell me more about your environment so I can better understand what you're looking for.
