Fellow user who is on the latest version of RDM (2026.1.10.0 64-bit) has an issue with connecting to servers
Hello,
This isn't for me, however a fellow user who is on the latest version 2026.1.10.0 64-bit, is having an issue where when on the sign in screen to log into a server, the "sign-in options" will not display on screen for him. I want to help him out, but know he will work around it (using RDCM) instead, despite preferring RDM. I won't make him sign on to check with you all but, was hopeful someone had a way to work around this as it worked for him in the past and, I validated he has the same settings as me, but it simply will not pop up for him. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Hi Robert,
Would it be possible for your colleague to update to version 2026.1.12.0 and check whether the issue still persists afterward?
Also, could you please send us two separate videos so we can compare the behavior: one showing the issue as it happens to your colleague, and another showing how it behaves on your side?
You can upload the videos here: FOR-52402
Finally, could you also send us the server entries from both environments so we can compare them, with all credentials and any other sensitive information removed?
Thank you very much.
Best regards,

Alexis,
It is a bit difficult for me to do so as I work for a defense contractor and they do not allow videos to be taken for obvious reasons. I can get the server entries if you tell me how to get it. When I export data from RDM I typically do so in a .CSV format to make it easier should the data need to be modified without being in the product. Sorry for the "rookie" questions, but this is my first time ever asking for support here.
Thanks for the assistance.
Hi Robert,
No problem at all, and thank you for the clarification.
To export the entries, here is the documentation with the steps:
https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/kb/how-to-articles/export-import-entries/
What I recommend is to first duplicate the entry, remove the credentials and any other sensitive information from the copy, and then export only the duplicated entry as an .rdm file.
Thank you very much.
