This is really strange. Could you try to rename the file remotedesktopmanager.ext in %LocalAppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager

I rebooted RDM and remotedesktopmanager.ext file was recreated. However no change in the behaviour. The window is still shrinked.
I think this has to do something with computing of the size of the window against the screen resolution. The first image I posted was made as a screenshot on the bigger auxiliary monitor. If I unpluged it, it looks like this on the notebook screen (13.3" 1366x768):

I wonder why this window is not resize-able. It can solve frustration for a while :-)

This window is now resizable in my internal build. I will create a new RDM beta tonight, perhap you could download it:
