I have RDM running with multiple tabs open in addition to various other windows. When I open a new remote session then I have resize the main RDM window in order for the session window to smart resize the machine I'm connected to.
The problem is that the resize area for resizing the main window seems smaller than it is in most other applications. In almost all cases the resize arrow appears and almost instantly disappears. If you click at the point the resize appears then the vast majority of times it activates the window that is most likely underneath the main RDM window. This is frustrating since I have to resize so often.
I have found that the resize area at the bottom of the main window seems larger and therefore I try to resize from there but it still isn't perfect. I don't have this issue with any other Windows app that I run. They all seem to have wider resize margins to work with.
Please make the resize area for the main window larger so that it is easier to resize the window when needed rather than having to make several passes to get the resize click just right.
Hello,
We've had some other reports of this as well, especially when running RDM through something like Parallels or when connected remotely through RDP. Is this something you're doing as well? It seems to be an issue with the third party UI framework we use.
At any rate, we've opened a ticket to add a way to change the width of the border to help resize more easily. We'll also see if increasing the default size would be a good improvement.

I run in mixed situations. I remote many times to my primary machine and from there remote into other machines. In all cases I'm running RDM to get to the primary machine and then RDM from there to other machines.
Thank you for the additional information. It's good to know that our lead regarding remoting seems to be applicable to you as well. We'll add this information to the ticket.
