RDM doesn't open

Hi,

When I click to launch RDM, it shows up in the background processes for a second or two, then disappears from task manager.

The Event viewer displays two errors.

Hello

A required DLL seems to be missing, the most obvious reason is that the installer hit some kind of trouble.

The first thing I would try is uninstalling RDM completely, rebooting your machine and installing again. Let me know if that fixes the issue, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Let me know if something isn't clear or you have other questions

Kind regards,

Richard Markievicz
