Scripting and Macros in bulk and with no logged in sessions?

Is there a way to be able to select, say, a folder of devices and run the Macro 'typing' tool in bulk without all the sessions being open. I am using this in a school environment so typically an account may be logged into the computer at the time, or it needs to be applied to a class of devices, so impractical to login remotely to all of them. I have the Agent installed on a test device but I couldn't get it to run the Macro typing script I set up (very basic, just the start key for now!).
