reverse "dock as tabbed document"

I got lost in the endless layout customizations 😳

by accident I right clicked the header of the "tab group pane" and selected "Dock as tabbed document". It is now a tab. but how do I reverse this? There is now no header anymore to right click..

Hello,

If you drag out the tab then dock it back with one of the "overlay" arrows, I believe it will go back to what you had previously. Here's a small gif of the process, since I think it's easier to show it than explain it:
