Increase timeout for Opening SSH Connection

Increase timeout for Opening SSH Connection

avatar

I have an SSH Session that, using PuTTy takes ~40-60 Seconds to connect, however when using Remote Desktop Manager the connection times out before connecting. Where in RDM,either globally or per entry, can I increase this timeout to 60 seconds?

Hello,

I was able to reproduce this issue. I've talked with our terminal expert and while there is a timeout feature that should be set at 300 seconds by default, it seems to trigger early which isn't what we intend. I've opened a ticket and we'll be investigating.
