Make the checkboxes under Properties->Local Resources more visible in dark mode

If you meant the text of the checkboxes, you will have to wait for the Avalonia rework improvements as David has mentioned. If you meant the color of the checkboxes themselves, then the color should be based on your Windows accent color. As you can see in the following screenshots, changing that configuration will alter the color of your RDM's general theme.

If you wish to have a more fitting color, you can try changing it and letting us know if it works for you.
