Application crash when closing or switching back to a remote desktop tab that is signing out or is signed out...

Hello,

It seems that if I sign out of a remote desktop session and move away from the tab to another session, at random the signout process will either take a long time or leave the tab black for a period of time. If I click back into that tab before it closes of its own accord, RDM freezes completely. After an End Task via Task Manager, RDM can be run again but is unstable until after a reboot.

Cheers,
Mark.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for reporting this. We would like to see the behavior to better understand what’s happening.

Could you please share:

  1. Which data source you are using (e.g., local/XML, SQLite, Devolutions Server, Hub, etc.)
  2. Your Remote Desktop Manager version

Also, if possible, could you send us a short video showing the issue using the following link: FOR-52037?

Thank you in advance,

Alexis Geller Peiro

Hi Alexis,

Local data source in use...

86f0ca0a-2673-4cd8-a698-b50147025154
(don't know why the version numbers are partially obscured)

I will try to reproduce it in a video

Cheers,
Mark

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the screenshot.

About the partially obscured version numbers: that display is due to a bug that has already been fixed in version 2025.3.30.0, which is now available for download. Could you please update and confirm if the issue is resolved on your side?

Also, we’re looking forward to your video. Please let us know once you have it so we can review it and validate everything on our end.

Best regards,
