Throttling the bandwisth

Someone on my team came to me today and pointed something out. Connections to some of our remote client sites have limited communications.

Is it possible to control the bandwidth for sessions? In other words, can I limit the bandwidth for an RDP session? I can't find it anywhere. Maybe a feature request?
