Let us go through this in order.

1. What do you mean by "credentials". Do you mean that you want the full variety of types available in the "Connection types" condition like we do in the regular advanced search?
2. We will create a ticket to add the IP address condition to the multi vault search and keep you updated on the progress.
3. For the checkbox, the color of the case is controlled by your Windows Theme. I don't believe we currently have a way of changing the checkmark's color. If the contrast isn't big enough I would suggest changing the color of the box itself by changing the theme to something with more contrast like blue. We will discuss internally on this feature request and see if this is a feature we wish to add as any changes to the theme's behavior usually causes a lot of unpredictable side-effects.
4. Could you provide a screenshot of what your checkboxes look like at the moment so we get an idea of what you are working with?
