I tried to create SSH terminal template and could not save for some reason. It would not allow me.
I force quit and now if i try to create it again the option does not work when i select ssh terminal template.
When i click it app does not respond and i need to force quit.
Stuck at below screen and cannot do anything.
Sometimes if i go to view in tool bar and click to view tool bar it refreshes and continues,

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on that matter.
I am unable to reproduce this behavior on the latest RDM version 2025.3.8.5 connected to a SQL or DVLS data source.
Could you please provide us with the RDM version and the data source you are currently using?
Thank you for your collaboration.
Best regards,
Érica Poirier

Hello,
I’d like to better understand the issue by seeing it firsthand. Would it be possible for you to send us a video demonstrating the problem?
I’ve sent you a private message with a secure link where you can safely upload the video.

Carl Marien
So what happened that after i added local xml switched to it and created template it did something to sql db and now all works.
I cannot recreate it,
Will test more and let you know if this happens again.
Maybe this is some sort of a bug?
Wonder what is better to use sql lite db or just stick to xml?
Hello,
Glad to hear the issue is no longer occurring.
While SQLite is a solid and widely supported option, I would recommend considering our cloud-based solution instead.

What worries me that data is stored in cloud and if compromised all my passwords and entries are compromised.
Sql like or XML is local.
How sure can i be that cloud data is secure?
Also is there a plan to keep free version active or at some point it will become paid only option with cloud?
Hello,
You can refer to the following webpage for answers to all your security-related questions: https://devolutions.net/hub/features/enterprise-grade-protection/
As for whether Devolutions Hub is and will remain free, there are currently no discussions about changing that.
