Getting "Login to 1Password failed" error after latest update
We use 1Password with Duo MFA and receive an immediate "Login to 1Password failed" error as soon as we try to initiate any connection accessing 1Password credentials. This only started happening after the 2025.3.29.0 update. The following error appears in the application log each time this happens:
PasswordManagerAccess.Common.InternalErrorException: The server responded with the error code 121 and the message 'Too many requests' at PasswordManagerAccess.OnePassword.Client.StartNewSession(Credentials credentials, AppInfo app, RestClient rest) at PasswordManagerAccess.OnePassword.Client.LoginAttempt(Credentials credentials, AppInfo app, IUi ui, ISecureStorage storage, RestClient rest) at PasswordManagerAccess.OnePassword.Client.LogIn(Credentials credentials, AppInfo app, IUi ui, ISecureStorage storage, RestClient rest) at PasswordManagerAccess.OnePassword.Client.LogIn(Credentials credentials, AppInfo app, IUi ui, ISecureStorage storage, IRestTransport transport) at PasswordManagerAccess.OnePassword.Client.LogIn(Credentials credentials, AppInfo app, IUi ui, ISecureStorage storage) at Devolutions.RemoteDesktopManager.Managers.OnePasswordManager.Initialize(ConnectionEngine engine, String username, String password, String accountKey, String uuid, OnePasswordWebEndpoint webEndpoint, OnePasswordLoginMethod loginMethod)
