How to Disable mouse over/hover Tooltips?
The mouse over Tooltips are visible in the navigation window when trying to switch between different entries such as RDP or SSH or any other and are visible in the settings window as well. 
I tried looking in the settings but don't see any option to disable Tooltips.
Does anyone if there is any way to disable them through either program settings or through Registry somehow?

I’ve transferred your forum post to a Feature Request, as this would require a product change rather than a configuration or registry workaround.
Good news: there is already an internal case open tracking this request (RDMW-20996), so the idea is officially on our radar.

Hello,
We have added an option to allow you to disable the tooltips on the entry treeviews. For example, the navigation treeview. This setting will be available starting from RDM 2025.3.30.0.
As for the tooltips in File -> Settings, we are currently reworking our entire application to change our UI components to "Avalonia" due to it's cross-platform capabilities.
I cannot give you an ETA of when the File -> Settings will be changed to Avalonia UI, but when we do, it will most likely remove the tooltips at the same time.
