Hello Devoutions,
I would like to request a feature or minor update to RDM behavior that would improve the user experience when working with Remote Desktop Manager.
We use RDM with CyberArk integration, where we have MFA for authentication to CyberArk. Our RDM users often do not turn RDM off, so we have disabled the "Keep authenticated sessions live" feature because users were receiving MFA confirmation requests even outside of working hours.
However, whenever RDM needs to request a new MFA token, they see three error messages (please check the screenshot), which are confusing, and we receive many error reports that RDM is not working. Our colleagues at CyberArk are in the same situation, as many people are reporting this issue as a CyberArk problem.
Could you change the messages a little to provide better information, such as "Connection to CyberArk has expired and will be reset," and limit other error messages such as "Login failed: InternalServerError" and/or change the description, as the error messages are quite unclear?
Thank you for your support.

Hello Martin,
I will open a ticket so we can improve this behavior. Assuming the error code or message we receive from CyberArk is distinct, it should be possible to handle this in a clearer fashion.
