Teamviewer - Password permanently visible (No hide option)

You’re right. In the TeamViewer template there is currently no option to hide the password, and it is shown in clear text without a reveal or hide toggle.

That said, we believe this behavior is a bug. The password should be hidden by default and only revealed using an eye icon, as is done in other credential fields.

We’re going to check this with the development team to confirm the expected behavior and see how it can be addressed. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.

I've made a fix, and this will be included in the next minor update. We will also open a CVE. Unfortunately, because of the holiday, it will only be released in January. Sorry about that.
