Missing ability to pin or auto-open a single Web Page tab at application startup

Problem description
In the current RDM UI there is no supported way to configure application startup behavior for tabs, specifically:

• It is not possible to:
  • auto-open one specific Web Page on startup
  • restore only selected tabs
  • mark a single entry as “always open at startup”
• The only available startup behaviors are:
  • restore all previously opened tabs
  • restore none (default Getting Started)

This creates a usability gap for users who:

• routinely work with many tabs (e.g. 20+ sessions)
• want one specific internal web portal (e.g. Helpdesk / ITSM) to always open automatically
• do not want full session restore
