Support manual username entry at runtime with Yubikey

Hello,

After investigating with the client, we found that manual username entry at runtime with YubiKey is not currently implemented.

When using YubiKeys for OTP authentication, the "Prompt" OTP source, combined with the "Append to the username" option, works successfully for RDP sessions.

However, when the same configuration is applied to Active Directory dashboard connections, the prompt appears, but authentication fails with an error.
