Adding migration methods from Certificate document to X.509

The clients would like the possibility to convert Legacy Certificate Documents to X.509 Entries because the Certificate entry is deprecated.

There is currently no option in the UI or templates to convert them to the newer X.509 entry type.

For anyone managing large environments with hundreds of certificates, manually exporting and re-importing each one is not possible.
