Navigation, Vault, sort by column

I am using RDM 2025.3.25.0. I added a few other columns to the tree view, besides the name (one of them is custom field). I would like to sort the entries by these columns, but sort ascending and sort descending options of the context menu are disabled. How can I do that? The datasource is a DB. I have 3 folders and each of them has some entries. I do not want to use the Sort priority feature from Properties - User interface (all of them are 0).

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, at the moment it isn’t possible to sort entries by additional columns in the tree view without using the priority option. Since this would clearly be a useful enhancement, we’ll convert this forum post into a feature request for future consideration.
