This depends on your data source. It is possible with Devolutions Server and Hub Business data sources.

The datasource is an Azure SQL database, and the authentication is connected to our Entra tenant.
We can add Entra users (SSO) to the datasource. My question: is it possible to add an Entra group so we can manage groups via Entra.

No, AD or Entra-ID groups are not available on SQL / Azure SQL data sources.
