There are some issues.
After a network delay or disconnection, RMD will automatically exit and close the session window. I think this is unreasonable; it should not exit, or at least not close the session window, as shown in the video.
At the same time, sometimes when opening RMD, the window displays an error, as shown in the picture.
In SSH sessions with poor network conditions, if you copy certain information from the session (commands, results, etc.), the entire session will freeze for a while. If I have time, I will record another video.

Could you confirm which version of RDM you are currently using?
Regarding your first issue, you can go into your entry Properties, under the "User Interface" section you can change the "Keep tab page open on disconnect" option to adjust the behavior to keep the tab open on disconnect.
The default can be adjusted under "File" -> "Settings" -> "Entry types"
Regarding your Red X issue, could you try the steps mentioned in this knowledge base article:
