last 23 days on 1 windows laptop I am unable to open my existing entries in my RDM hub tp see my entries

Please ensure that you are using the correct account in Remote Desktop Manager—the same one connected to your Hub Personal web instance. You can verify this by going to File > Data Sources.
Also, make sure that Hub Personal is selected as the data source, rather than another type.
Additionally, I recommend navigating to the Window ribbon menu and selecting Navigation, as it appears your navigation pane may be hidden.
