I installed RDM with trial license to test the CyberArk integration, and notice that 2 CyberArk entries are not appears on RDM under MacOS. With the same license, I'm able to see the following components on RDM under Windows OS

CyberArk SIA
CyberArk PSM SSH Proxy

May I know if this is not support on MacOS?

RDM version on MacOS: 2025.3.6.9
RDM version on WindowsOS: 2025.3.21.0

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

Most of our customers use the Windows version; this is the reason why these entries are not yet available on the RDM Mac. As we consider every request from our community, I am moving this thread to the Feature Request section to monitor its popularity. We use this interest to prioritize the features we implement.

Hello,

A ticket has been submitted internally to create the CyberArk SIA and CyberArk PSM SSH Proxy in RDM Mac.

We will post it here once these entries are available in RDM Mac.

Thank you for being so patient.

Hi! I already have RDM Mac 2025.3.8.5 but I still don't see any of the CyberArk entries (SIA nor PSM SSH Proxy) available when I want to add New entry. I see it available for selection under VPN/Tunnel/Gateway when choosing Type but it seems there is no way to create the actual entry. Or am I missing something? Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,
Lukas

Hello,

When creating the entries, CyberArk SIA and PSM SSH Proxy are under the "Session" category. You can also search for them

That's where I am looking but really it does not seem to be there, or in any other category. My colleague has 2025.3.8.5 Mac too and he doesn't see the CyberArk entries on his installation either. Strangely, I think I vaguely remember seeing Cyberark Dashboard entry there some versions ago but now I don't even see that one. Any ideas what might be wrong with our RDMs?

And btw now I see, compared to your screenshot, we neither have the BeyondTrust entries.

Thanks.

I think I have found the issue.

Do you have RDM free edition ? CyberArk entries are only available when using RDM team edition. The same behavior is present in RDM Windows. If you have a license and wish to use cyberark entries in an other datasource, such as a local one, you can use the portable license feature to share the license with your local datasource and use team edition features there too.

I will talk with people internally to see if we can make that fact more obvious since I don't think it is very clear right now... Thank you for sharing this.

Ah yes, you are correct, I didn't notice that it isn't included in the free edition. Sorry, and thanks for your time anyway, appreciated!

Hello,

To follow-up on this, I have spoken with people and confirmed that, to use CyberArk entries, you need the PAM package from the store. The package includes RDM team edition, access to CyberArk and more. We will also be adding information in our CyberArk documentation to make it clear that the package is necessary.

If you wish to have it, feel free to use the store to purchase what you need. If there's any other problem, don't hesitate to contact us.
